How to reduce cellulite
Cellulite is fat cells being trapped by fibers that have formed a network. These fibers are constantly cleansed by body fluids and poor circulation retards this cleansing process. The result is disastrous. Waste materials accumulate; they slowly thicken and become hard pockets of immovable fat.
Nobody knows what really causes it, but there are enough theories concerning the causes of cellulite. What we can say is that, the causes of cellulite are numerous and different. But, one thing most common for cellulite is its origin.
Hormonal factors such as estrogen and folliculine also play a role in cellulite formation. Cellulite is for the most part found in women during their hormonal changes such as puberty, pregnancy, and menopause and also whilst taking birth control pills. A woman's hormones are usually responsible for the regulation of their blood flow, fat, connective tissue and lymphatic drainage.

-Take regular vigorous exercise

WHAT KIND OF EXCERCISE TO REDUCE CELLULITE?
The primary cellulite exercises you have to focus on muscle building moves.
Muscle building exercises for the lower body can be done at home or using equipment at the gym. Personally, because I dislike these exercises so much, I find the gym to be a bit more pleasant. Most of the machines are ready to go and you simply need to select the weight you’re going to lift, adjust the seat position and do your sets.
If you prefer home workouts, you’ll want to start doing squats, various types of lunges, leg lifts and other exercises that focus entirely on the lower body. When you’re first starting out, your own body weight will provide plenty of resistance you give you a good workout. As you progress, you’ll want to add light dumbbells and perhaps ankle weights or resistance bands to your home gym.
Don’t forget the cardio. A combination of muscle training and cardiovascular activity is critical to burn excess fat and cellulite. The options with cardio are endless and you should choose a couple of different activities you enjoy. Inside activities include treadmill walking/jogging, stationary bike, mini-trampoline jumping, etc. Outdoors activities include walking, jogging, tennis, inline skating, basketball and many others.
